RevaTen is a patented treatment protocol designed by Dr. Allan Mishra.

It involves a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and treatment of tendon related injuries and disorders including when appropriate the use of platelet rich plasma.  The procedure involves a simple blood draw  followed by processing of that blood into a proprietary formulation of platelet rich plasma (PRP). The PRP is then injected in a sterile fashion into and around an area of tendinosis (also know as tendonitis).  Dr. Mishra has treated patients with Tennis Elbow, Golfers' Elbow, Patellar Tendonitis and Achilles tendonitis.  Other conditions under investigation are Rotator Cuff Tendonitis and Knee Cartilage regeneration.  Specific patented rehabilitation protocols are included and crucial to the success of RevaTen.  The total time for the RevaTen procedure is about 60 minutes including processing of the blood.
